Every organization engaged in providing taxable service under the Service Tax law is required to procure a service tax certificate/license.

Documents required:

• Copy of PAN issuing letter or PAN card of the company.

• Constitutional documents of the company.

• Address proof of place of business.

• Rent agreement or Electricity bill of the place of business or

• Shop Act License

• No objection certificate from owner, in case of a rented premise.

• Details of the directors

• Rubberstamp of the Company.
